The ISHC has generated a large amount of information for more than 86,025 students, and all that information is archived within a statistical database. As a result, the ISHC database has proved to be a valuable research tool, resulting in presentations to the American Psychiatric Association, articles in the NAIS Bulletin and studies commissioned by individual schools.
Requests to use the database for research are welcome, and proposals will be evaluated. There maybe preconditions that will apply to any access to the database.
No individual school or its agent may have access to its own raw data in accordance with the IRB ruling that data must be de-identified.
No data in the database will be identifiable as to its school of origin.
Any published data will give full attribution to the ISHC.
